TrueAuto Release October 2026 (M10.1)

Release notes for October 2026

Compliance

570890 – Automatic Account Protection After Failed Sign-In Attempts

Source: Compliance

To help protect user accounts from unauthorised access, TrueAuto now temporarily locks an account after multiple unsuccessful sign-in attempts. This reduces the risk of password guessing and brute-force attacks while maintaining a simple and secure sign-in experience.

When incorrect login credentials are entered multiple times, users will see a message confirming that the account has been temporarily locked and when access will be available again. After the lockout period expires, the account unlocks automatically, and the user can sign in normally without any additional action.

TA Enhancement

564028 – Real-Time Alerts for ASN Validation Failures

Source: TA Enhancement

TrueAuto now provides faster visibility of ASN validation failures through real-time notifications, helping users identify and address issues more quickly and reducing the risk of missed shipment cut-offs, manual intervention, and downstream supply chain disruption.

When an ASN fails validation, users can receive immediate alerts in TrueAuto through the notification bell and pop-up notifications. Notification history also allows users to review and manage previous alerts. Organisations can choose to receive ASN failure notifications in a designated Microsoft Teams channel, where users can open the affected ASN directly from the notification. These enhancements complement existing email notifications, so important validation issues are less likely to be missed.

This feature requires managed service configuration and can be enabled through a request to the support desk.

571229 – Clearer Document Format Indicators in Firm Orders

Source: TA Enhancement

When users open an Incoming Document from a Firm Order using the Document Ref Number link, the document viewer now displays a format-specific indicator.

• Incoming Documents in EDI format display EDI.
• Incoming Documents in a non-EDI format, such as JSON, display ANY.

This enhancement makes it easier to identify the type of source document being viewed and improves support for customers using non-EDI integrations such as JSON.

571251 – Send Multiple Customer Invoices in One Action

Source: TA Enhancement

TrueAuto now allows users to send multiple invoices in a single action using Send Document. This removes the previous requirement to send invoices one at a time, reducing manual effort and improving processing efficiency.

Users can select one or more invoices from the invoice list and choose Send Document. TrueAuto processes each selected invoice individually and displays a summary message when processing is complete. If one invoice encounters an issue during transmission, the remaining selected invoices continue to be processed.

This feature is included as standard in this release and is available to all users.
