550863 – Accurate Activity Records When Shipment or Receipt IDs Change

Resending a shipment or receiving advice with a revised ID (for example, adding a suffix) will no longer create duplicate activity records, ensuring your totals remain accurate and are sent correctly to your trading partners. You’ll see consistent shipped and received quantities even when resending transactions, without needing manual correction, and can continue to resend or update documents as required by your partner. This enhancement is included in the standard release and is automatically available—no action is required.

554400 – Consistent Shipment Line Item Sorting

TrueAuto has been enhanced to support configurable line item sorting for Shipment and Invoice exports from your ERP, helping ensure both transactions are generated in a consistent sequence when required. This improves data alignment between shipments and invoices, reducing discrepancies that can affect customer-specific processes such as lot number matching and validation.

End users will experience more consistent Shipment and Invoice data when integrated with trading partner requirements. When enabled, TrueAuto applies the same configured sort order to line items in Shipment and Invoice exports, improving accuracy and consistency of outbound EDI transactions. This enhancement applies to Shipment and Invoice exports from your ERP processed within TrueAuto's EDI integration workflows.

This feature requires managed service configuration and can be enabled via a request to the support desk.

558781 – Shipment Label Quantity Validation for ASNs

TrueAuto now provides enhanced validation to detect when the quantity on shipment labels does not match the quantity being shipped on an ASN. When a mismatch is identified, the ASN can be held for review instead of being transmitted with incomplete or inconsistent shipment information, helping the end user avoid downstream trading partner errors and shipment discrepancies. End users will experience improved accuracy and confidence that shipped quantities and associated labels align before an ASN is released. This validation is applied during ASN processing and helps ensure that missing or incomplete label data is identified before transmission.

This feature is included in the standard release and is available to all users but may require additional configuration; if you require assistance, please contact the support desk.

558514 – Smoother Shipment Label Printing

We've improved the shipment label printing process to prevent situations where TrueAuto could appear unresponsive if a label printing window was closed before printing had completed. End users can now continue working with their shipment without waiting for the label printing process to finish, reducing interruptions and improving overall usability. When creating shipments and generating labels, the shipment save confirmation will complete independently of the label printing process, helping to avoid the indefinite ‘Printing Label for Shipment...’ message and reducing the likelihood of the screen appearing frozen. End users will experience this improvement within the Shipment and Label Generation workflow in TrueAuto.

This feature is included as standard in this release and is available to all users without additional setup.

535773 – Automatic Firming of Near-Term Forecast Quantities

This enhancement allows you to automatically treat near-term forecast quantities as firm based on a defined timeframe, ensuring consistent and predictable planning across your data. When configured, you will see planning line items within the defined window automatically converted to firm during import and clearly identified, without changing how you submit or receive data. This feature is configurable and can be enabled by your administrator using settings tailored to your business needs.

547953 – Clearer Forecast Report Selection

The Forecast Reports print screen has been updated to make report selection simpler and clearer. When printing forecast reports, you can now select a single report at a time, and only the options that apply to the selected report will be displayed, helping reduce confusion and ensuring you see the most relevant choices.

This enhancement is included as part of the standard TrueAuto release and will be available automatically after your system is updated.

554429 – Flexible Email Notifications for Master Data Imports

TrueAuto has been enhanced to give end users greater control over email notifications for Master Data JSON imports. End users can now choose to receive notifications for all import outcomes, only failed imports, or disable notifications altogether, helping them stay informed while reducing unnecessary emails.

End users will see these new notification options within the Customer Email Notification Settings popup, where they can select the notification preference that best suits their business processes. This provides improved visibility of import results and allows end users to focus on exceptions that require attention.

This feature is included as standard in this release and is available to all users without additional setup.

554556 – Consolidated ERP Exports for Related EDI Transactions

TrueAuto now supports grouping related EDI transactions into a single export file, helping ensure complete purchase order information is processed together and reducing the need to manage multiple exports for the same order. Customers will continue using their existing EDI processes, while the system automatically waits until all related transactions have been received before generating a consolidated export. This feature is enabled through configuration and can be activated by the support team upon request.

556131 – Improved Requested and Shipped Quantity Controls

TrueAuto now provides clearer visibility and safeguards around order quantities, helping reduce accidental quantity changes and identify potential overshipments before they cause issues. Users will see visual warnings, adjustment indicators, and confirmation prompts when requested or shipped quantities are changed, along with details showing when and by whom changes were made.

Enablement: This enhancement is included as part of the standard release. An optional configuration can be enabled to restrict Requested Quantity changes to designated administrator users; contact the Support Desk if you would like this control enabled.

554401 – Consistent Invoice Line Item Sorting

This enhancement ensures shipment and invoice line items are consistently aligned, helping maintain accurate and matching lot identifiers across documents. When configured, users will see shipment and invoice data presented in the same sequence, improving clarity and reducing reconciliation issues without changing how they access or process transactions. This feature is available through configuration and can be enabled by your administrator.
