The Incoming Documents page in TrueAuto provide users with options to view and print EDI documents (such as Orders) that have been received from Trading Partners or a customer (in the case of an Enterprise Resource Planning/ERP integration) and more. Printing and reviewing documents from Trading Partners is accomplished.

The list of incoming documents is designed to consolidate all your incoming documents in one view, regardless of how they are submitted or uploaded to your account. Managing incoming documents ensures consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of information across TrueAuto’s document set. It reduces the risk of errors and enables seamless access to essential documents when needed.

NOTE: Codes and other data in the screenshot included in this article has been intentionally blurred out.

Incoming Documents

  1. Within the TrueAuto menu, click Incoming Documents.

  2. On the Incoming Documents page, you can perform any of the following actions:

    • Use Filter to search for the record that you want to view.

    • Print an incoming document.

    • View raw data for the selected incoming document in the ANY and EDI formats.

NOTE: If you cannot find the incoming documents that you need using these Filter or Search tools or if you encounter an error, contact TrueAuto Support.
