TrueAuto makes use of specific colors to show you something that may need attention. This article provides information, including visuals, on how colors are used in the Customer Firm Orders file.
NOTE: TrueAuto has the ability to hide alert colors if they cause a distraction for you, but ensure you are aware of the errors that need to be handled before you decide to hide them.
Codes and other data in some screenshots within this article have been intentionally blurred out.
Alert Colors
Red Ship Date Text: The Firm Order is overdue and unshipped. Requires attention. Decide if it is still a valid firm order, then postpone the ship date, ship the order, or delete it.
Red Ship Date Highlighted: There is no Trading Partner-requested ship date or our ship date. Because this order’s ship date is unknown, your attention is required to add it, or you can contact TrueAuto Support for problems with the EDI transfer process.
Red Shipped Quantity and Part Number: The shipped quantity is higher than zero and does not match the requested quantity.
Yellow Highlight over Part Number: A warning flag has been activated. You cannot ship this order until the flag is removed. The most common cause for a yellow firm order is that during processing, TrueAuto discovered that the firm order is a replacement for another order that has already been assigned to an Advance Shipping Notice (ASN). In terms of replacement logic, TrueAuto considers any order assigned to an ASN as shipped, and therefore, unchangeable. Hence, the original firm order remains unchanged and the new firm order is added to the Firm Order file in yellow and cannot be shipped against. This behavior can be altered.
Hide the alert display
