Due to the potential for over shipping orders, accidentally retaining old data, or missing required fields, TrueAuto emphasizes that you exercise extreme caution when duplicating orders.
What is Order Duplication?
Duplicating an order simply means making a copy of an existing order rather than starting from scratch. By using the Duplicate function, you can streamline the process and avoid the hassle of re-entering the same information for multiple orders. This feature can be particularly helpful in the following scenarios:
When drafting similar orders and needing to make necessary edits if any.
When recreating an order that was cancelled by mistake.

We recommend limiting the use of this function to only managers, Information Technology (IT), or specifically-trained shipping leads. Because of the possible risks, the button that starts the copy process should be used with great care.
To make a copy of a firm order, select one of the following buttons:
Highlighted Firm Orders to copy the order that is highlighted in the Firm Order File
Select Planning Orders to copy a line item in the Planning File
