You can change your email address if want to receive notifications at a different one. For instance, you may need to do this if your organization requests that notifications be sent to an alternate email.
TrueAuto’s email function is used to automatically notify the appropriate people of certain events. The Email Addresses feature functions like an address book and is used to create and store the email addresses that will be used by TrueAuto to send relevant notifications.
Following are some steps you can take to change your email notification address.
Change an Email Address
In TrueAuto, navigate to Settings > Email Notifications.
On the Email Addresses tab, select the record that you want to change.
NOTE: For a full description of each field, refer to the Field Definitions provided in the table within this article.
On the Edit Email Address Record window, make the changes, then click Save.
NOTE: To add an email address, click 
. By default, the new email address is set to the Enabled status for TrueAuto to send messages to.
