Account Setup
On the Welcome page, click sign in or create an account.
On the Sign in screen, click Sign up now.
βIf you already have an account, sign in and refer to Support Cases.On the User Details screen, type your email address, then click Send verification code.
Enter the verification code that you have received in the Verification Code box. Next, click Verify code.
If you did not receive a verification code, click Send new code, then continue with Step 5.
Scroll down, then type your New Password, confirm your New Password, and type your Display Name. Next, click Create.
On the Welcome screen, click select a company.
On the next screen, type your company name.
The How can we help you today page is displayed.
βIf your company name is not found or not displayed, send an email to [email protected] for assistance. Your email address may not be registered under your company record in our system.
Support Cases
On the How can we help you today screen there are two options:
New Support Case
View Support Cases
New Support Case
To start a new support case, click New Support Case.
On the next screen, click TRUEAUTO.
On the Case Form screen, fill out all applicable fields. Next, click CONTINUE.
On the Additional Details screen, do the following:
a. Fill out additional details
b. Upload any relevant files by clicking UPLOAD FILES.
c. Click CONTINUE.
On the Contact Info screen, add your contact information, then click SUBMIT.
After your case has been submitted, click EXIT to finish the process.
View Support Cases
On the How can we help you today screen, click View Support Cases.
On the Support Cases screen, click a case that you want to see in detail.
Then, click Reply or Request Update to reach out to the Support Team.
