535735 – Build Labels Processing Indicator

Source: TA Enhancement

When an end user starts the Build Labels process from a shipment, TrueAuto will now display a processing window that clearly shows that the label build is in progress. This provides greater visibility during longer-running label generation activities and helps prevent accidental duplicate builds caused by repeated clicks or page refreshes. While processing is underway, the shipment screen is temporarily unavailable to avoid conflicting actions, and the end user is automatically returned to the shipment screen once the process is complete. End users will see this enhancement when selecting Build Labels from a shipment.

This feature is included as standard in this release and is available to all users without additional setup.

539888 – Functional Acknowledgement Email Notification Filters

Source: Customer

End users can now choose whether to receive email notifications for accepted or rejected functional acknowledgements, providing greater control over inbound notification volume. This helps reduce unnecessary emails by allowing end users to focus only on notifications that require attention, such as rejected acknowledgements. End users will see these notification options when configuring email notifications for functional acknowledgements within TrueAuto. This enhancement applies to all supported functional acknowledgement notification types, not just X12 997 messages.

This feature is included in the standard release and is available to all users but may require additional configuration, if you require assistance please contact the support desk.

540171 – Serial Number Format Enhancement with Ship ID Support

Source: TA Enhancement

TrueAuto has been enhanced to allow the Shipment ID to be included within serial number formats using the standard serial number configuration options. This provides greater flexibility when defining serial number structures and makes it easier to support trading partner and label requirements without relying on specialised configuration methods. End users will benefit from a more consistent and reusable approach to serial number generation across different customer and label specifications. This enhancement applies to serial number and label configuration processes within TrueAuto.

The new approach provides a more flexible and consistent way to build serial numbers using predefined values, including: SupplierCode, ShipToCode, DUNS, UniqueNumber, DateTimeNow, SiteCode, Quantity, PartNumber, ShipFromCode, ShipDate, PurchaseOrder, AssignedID, PlantID, ProjectNumber, FinalDeliveryRoute, RoutingInstruction, SequenceOfPalletOnShipment, TotalPalletsOnShipment, RequestedShipDate.

This feature requires managed service configuration and can be enabled via a request to the support desk.

540178 – Drag and Drop Shipment Enhancements for RAN Numbers

Source: Trading Partner Requirements

TrueAuto has been enhanced to better manage shipments that contain the same part number with different RAN numbers. End users will now see RAN numbers displayed separately in the drag-and-drop shipment workflow, making it easier to identify and organise containers correctly and reducing the risk of mixing RANs on labels. In addition, when palletised containers contain multiple RAN numbers or multiple part numbers, TrueAuto will automatically generate the appropriate mixed load label instead of a master label, helping ensure compliance with Nissan labelling requirements. End users will experience these improvements within the drag-and-drop shipment and label generation screens.

This feature requires managed service configuration and can be enabled via a request to the support desk.

540180 – Automatic Engineering Change Level Population in ASNs

Source: Issue

TrueAuto has been enhanced to improve the population of Engineering Change Level information in outbound ASNs when the value is not available from the original order data. End users will benefit from more complete and accurate ASN information, helping support compliance with customer-specific EDI requirements. This feature is included in the standard release and requires no additional action from the end user.

When creating shipments and generating ASNs, TrueAuto will automatically source the Engineering Change Level using a defined hierarchy of available data sources when needed. This reduces the risk of missing Engineering Change Level information and helps minimise manual intervention. End users will experience this improvement within the ASN generation process, with no changes required to their existing workflow.

Hierarchy: ShipDetail, ShipToCUM, TP Part

541873 – Lot Number Support in Drag and Drop Shipments

Source: Compliance

TrueAuto has been enhanced to ensure lot number label configurations are correctly applied when using the drag-and-drop shipment process. End users will now experience consistent lot number generation and label printing, matching the behaviour already available in other shipment workflows. This feature requires configuration by the TrueCommerce Managed Services team and should be enabled through a request to the Support Desk.

When end users create shipments using drag-and-drop, lot numbers will be automatically generated and included on labels where the appropriate configuration is in place. This improves label accuracy, reduces manual intervention, and helps ensure compliance with customer-specific labelling requirements. End users will see these improvements when generating and printing labels from the drag-and-drop shipment screen.

542517 – Complete Purchase Order Resend on Updates

Source: Customer

TrueAuto now supports the ability to resend a complete Purchase Order when certain order updates are received, helping customers whose ERP systems cannot process partial PO changes correctly. This prevents the loss of existing order lines by ensuring that both updated and unchanged lines are included whenever a configured update trigger is received. End users will continue to process Purchase Order updates as normal, but their downstream ERP will receive a complete and up-to-date version of the order, improving data accuracy and reducing integration issues. This enhancement applies to Purchase Order update processing within the TrueAuto InForms export workflow.

This feature requires managed service configuration and can be enabled via a request to the support desk.

548076 – Manual PO Acknowledgement Export (JSON Format)

Source: TA Enhancement

TrueAuto now includes a new Export button within Supplier Demand Management > PO Acknowledgements, allowing end users to manually generate and export a Purchase Order Acknowledgement (POACK) in JSON format. This enhancement provides greater control over PO acknowledgement processing and makes it easier to share or resend acknowledgement data when required. End users can simply select the new Export option to generate a JSON POACK file using the current acknowledgement information. The feature is available within the PO Acknowledgements area of Supplier Demand Management.

This feature requires managed service configuration and can be enabled via a request to the support desk.

548082 – PO Acknowledgements Summary View

Source: TA Enhancement

TrueAuto now includes a dedicated PO Acknowledgements area within Supplier Demand Mgt for buyside, providing end users with a central location to view and manage Purchase Order acknowledgements. End users can quickly search, filter, and review acknowledgement information, making it easier to monitor PO acknowledgement activity and locate relevant records. The new summary page presents results based on the selected filter criteria, helping end users find the information they need more efficiently. End users will find this feature under Supplier Demand Mgt > PO Acknowledgements.

This feature requires managed service configuration and can be enabled via a request to the support desk.

551468 – Hino Bill of Lading Report Footer Enhancement

Source: Trading Partner Requirements

The Hino Bill of Lading shipping papers report has been enhanced to include a report footer, providing a more complete and consistent document layout. This improvement helps end users by ensuring important report information is presented clearly and consistently on printed or exported shipping documentation. End users will automatically see the footer when generating or viewing Hino Bill of Lading shipping papers within TrueAuto, with no changes required to their existing process. The enhancement is available wherever the Hino Bill of Lading report is produced.

This feature is included as standard in this release and is available to all users without additional setup.

551548 – Automated ASN and Invoice Payload Splitting

Source: Customer

TrueAuto buyside now supports automatically splitting exported ASN and Invoice transactions into multiple payloads based on configurable business criteria, such as Purchase Order number, Ship-To location, or other key reference values. This enhancement helps end users meet ERP integration requirements where transactions need to be separated into distinct payloads, improving processing accuracy and reducing manual intervention. End users will continue to submit ASNs and Invoices as normal, while TrueAuto automatically creates the required grouped export files when the feature is enabled. This functionality applies to automated ASN and Invoice exports processed through the TrueAuto integration workflow.

This feature requires managed service configuration and can be enabled via a request to the support desk.

551549 – Enhanced ERP Order Import Capabilities

Source: Customer

TrueAuto has enhanced ERP Order import capabilities to provide better alignment between manual and automated (API) order upload processes. End users can now benefit from improved support for ERP Order data, including additional order fields and more consistent processing across import methods (API - JSON & manual - CSV), helping to reduce data maintenance and improve order accuracy. End users will continue to upload ERP Orders through their existing processes, while TrueAuto handles the enhanced data structure and associated master data more effectively in the background. This enhancement applies to ERP Order import processing and related master data management within TrueAuto.

This feature is included as standard in this release and is available to all users without additional setup.

552508 – Improved EDI View Screen Readability

Source: TA Enhancement

The EDI View screen has been updated to improve readability by changing the displayed text colour to black. This enhancement makes EDI data easier for end users to read and review, reducing eye strain and improving the overall viewing experience. This improvement is available throughout the EDI View screens in TrueAuto.

This feature is included as standard in this release and is available.

552514 – Customer Account Profile View

Source: TA Enhancement

TrueAuto now provides end users with a dedicated view of their own customer account profile, making it easier to access key account information in one place. End users can view details such as their customer ID and configured address information, helping with troubleshooting, data validation, and understanding how account settings are being used within TrueAuto processes. All profile information is displayed in a read-only format, ensuring visibility without the risk of accidental changes. End users will find this new option as a separate profile view within TrueAuto.

This feature is included as standard in this release and is available to all users without additional setup.
