TrueCommerce University
TrueCommerce University (TCU) is a free eLearning hub for training on TrueAuto and other products, platforms, and integrations. It offers various courses, learning materials, and resources to support users and partners of TrueCommerce in understanding and effectively using their products and services.
You can log in to TrueCommerce University to view courses on how to deploy, configure, and work with TrueAuto for basic knowledge.
How?
To access the TCU login page:
Navigate to https://truecommerceuniversity.com
On the Login screen, type your Username and Password, then click Login.
NOTE: If you are a new TrueAuto user, click to create a new account.
The TCU page is loaded.
In the Filter panel, type TrueAuto. Next, click to get the results.
User Guide
Do not forget to refer to the TrueAuto User Guide through Online Help, which is loaded from the TrueAuto platform. This online help aims to optimize the end user’s experience by providing detailed insights into utilizing every feature of TrueAuto and offers an alternative to contacting the TrueAuto Customer Support team.
How?
To access TrueAuto online help:
Navigate to https://trueauto.truecommerce.com
On the Login screen, type your Username and Password, then click Login.
On the TrueAuto platform Home page, click the ? button in the upper-right.
Click User Guide in the drop-down.
The Online Help for TrueAuto is displayed in a new window.

Help Articles
In the TrueAuto Knowledge Base, help articles assist users in understanding and focusing on TrueAuto features, functions, processes, troubleshooting, and more and often provide links to additional educational resources.
How?
Refer to this article for more about Help Articles. To access the Help Articles, there are two ways:
Go to https://kb.trueauto.help.truecommerce.com, then type a keyword in the Search bar to find the articles that match, or click a category in the list to expand it and select a specific topic/article...

Repeat steps 1-3 in the User Guide section. For step 4, click Support Center, then click the Help button in the Support Center window that pops up in the bottom right of the screen to view the list of article categories and select an article to read.
