How to delete Old Firm Orders or Forecast Orders
Delete a Forecast Order
From the Customer Demand Mgt menu, click Forecast Orders.
On the Customer Forecast Orders page, select the forecast file that you want to remove, and then click Delete.
Within the confirmation message, click OK.
Delete a Firm Order
Only delete Firm Orders that are no longer scheduled to ship. Deleting live orders will result in missed shipments.
From the Customer Demand Mgt menu, click Firm Orders.
On the Customer Firm Orders page, select the order that you want to remove, and then click Delete.
Within the confirmation message, click OK.
